1. Shipping Destinations

We currently serve the following regions:  

  • United States  
  • Japan  
  • Most European countries 

Other destinations are not currently supported. We are actively enhancing our logistics network to expand service accessibility. Future regional availability will be announced on our website.  

Certain orders may be fulfilled by authorized third-party suppliers managing inventory and shipment.  

2. Shipping Fees

 All orders qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

4. International Customs & Import Duties

All product prices include applicable taxes. You will not be charged additional import duties, VAT, GST, or customs fees for shipments to our serviced regions (United States, Japan, and most European countries).

Exceptions may apply for special regulatory categories or remote territories.


5. Returns & Refunds
