We do not recommend exchanges as the process can be time-consuming. For a faster resolution, we suggest placing a new order for the item you want and returning your original order for a refund.

What if my monitor arrives damaged or is missing accessories?

Please take photos for documentation, keep the original packaging and all contents, and contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will arrange to send replacement accessories or a new monitor after verifying the situation.

What is the warranty for new and refurbished products?

Both new and refurbished monitors sold on innocn.com come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for detailed terms and coverage.

How can I download the user manual or firmware?

  • User Manual: Please contact our Customer Service team to request the latest product manual.
  • Firmware: Our monitors are professionally calibrated before leaving the factory. Currently, there are no firmware updates available. Any future updates will be announced on innocn.com.

The icons and text are very small when I connect the monitor to my PC. What should I do?

This is due to the high resolution. Right-click on your desktop, select "Display settings," and adjust the "Scale and layout" option to a higher percentage.

How do I connect my iPad for extended display?

This depends on your iPad's port and the monitor's capabilities:

  • If your iPad has a USB-C port and the monitor has a USB-C port with video support, you can connect them directly using a USB-C cable.
  • If your iPad has a Lightning port, you will need to use an official Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter.

Why is there no display on my monitor?

Please troubleshoot step by step:

  • Check Power: See if the power indicator light is on. If not, check the power cable connection.
  • Check Signal Source: If the light is on but the screen is black, try turning the monitor off and on. Ensure the video cable is securely connected to both the PC and the monitor.
  • Check PC Connection: If connected to a desktop PC, ensure the video cable is plugged into the dedicated graphics card (e.g., GTX 1060 or higher) and not the motherboard's integrated video port, especially if your CPU lacks integrated graphics.

How do I set up Picture-By-Picture (PBP) mode?

Please follow these steps:

  1. Check Hardware: Ensure your monitor supports PBP and that you have two signal sources connected (e.g., one computer via HDMI and another via DP).
  2. Enable PBP: Press the monitor's menu button, navigate to the "PBP" setting (often found in "Picture" or "System" settings), and turn it on. For two computers, a 1:1 ratio is recommended.
  3. Assign Signals: (Crucial Step) Within the PBP settings, assign the correct input source to each screen (e.g., set Main screen to HDMI and Sub-screen to DP).
