A beautiful monitor. Especially considering the price. I had a little bit of problem setting it up at first. You better make sure you select your language on the first set up menu. If you mess up and push the wrong button like I did recovery is not easy. I wish they would have a way to just reset it back to factory default. But, I was able to figure it out. Their tech-support is awesome.

Great looking monitor

For the price I think this monitor is great as a second monitor for basic tasks. I wouldn’t play games on it, but for school work when I have lots of pages/documents I need open this thing works great.

The media could not be loaded.

It took me awhile to get this review done because I kept having hope. I bought this back in 2022 and unfortunately it stopped working 9-10 months later. The picture quality was really good and well worth the buy at the time, it was amazing up until it crapped out less than a year! The back light turns on but there is no picture, not even the menu will show for me to reset or do anything to try to mess with the picture, I get nothing. I reached out to the company explaining the issue and they had asked me for a video, so I sent them one (the same one added in this review) I got the same thing this monitor was doing, absolutely nothing, I never heard from them again. Which was disappointing because I like I said I liked this monitor and had hope. So, I boxed it back up and have taken it out randomly here in there hoping I could get it to work again, still nothing. I'm so hesitant about it going to the trash but I don't know what else to do with it at this point sadly. I'm giving it 2 stars only because the monitor quality was good for the short amount of time. If you do get it there's a chance it may be only a temporary thing as I've also seen others, say too. Just be ready to have a backup.
