Its an amazing monitor. I left my 4k 32 inch lg oled for this because I wanted more immersion in my games. I've had this monitor before and this one was even better on color calibration. I could have gotten an oled ultrawide but there's just one problem with that....they're all curved, i can't stand curved monitors bigger then 27 inches its uncalled for.but back to the innocn 40c1r its excellent, the 144hz panel ensures smooth gameplay at high refresh rates. If I were to change anything it would be to be able to make it brighter its the only thing it falls behind in for me. My fiances lg 34 inch ultrawide ips panel gets brighter then mine by like 10 to 15 percent I think. But other then that im not going back im with this monitor for the long haul.
Last thing. If yall could make this same monitor same resolution and same size and continue with the no curve BUT MAKE IT OLED. Id happily spend the money to buy it!!!! HAPPILY!!!!!!
The monitor kept waking and sleeping while the PC was sleeping, so I inquired about the issue. After a week without a response, I submitted a return request and that was handled quickly. The picture is ok, but the controls are antiquated. The speakers are better than nothing. The ports should be in the center for better cable management.
If they do this same monitor, but upgrade the HDMI ports to 2.1 & include built-in speakers with HDMI-CEC support, & I'm sold.
Great looking monitor
For the price I think this monitor is great as a second monitor for basic tasks. I wouldn’t play games on it, but for school work when I have lots of pages/documents I need open this thing works great.
